Setting Up Gorgias

To integrate Gorgias with Baback, three key pieces of information are essential: the API Token, the email address, and the domain. Here’s how to obtain these details in Gorgias:

API Token:

To get your API Token, go to your profile in Gorgias. Then, navigate to the "REST API" tab. There you’ll find your API token; make sure to store this token securely as it will be needed to establish the connection between Gorgias and Baback.

Email:

Your email address associated with your Gorgias account is also required for the integration.

Domain:

The domain refers to the environment in which your Gorgias account is hosted. In this example, we’ll use "wellowbabies876232" as the domain.



Once you have collected this information, you’re ready to use it to set up the integration between Gorgias and Baback.
