What emails does Baback send to customers?

By default, Baback sends email notifications to customers informing them of the status of their return

Creating a return request



When a customer requests a return, we send them a summary of their items and a link to their return labels.


Validating the return request



Once the request has been processed by the merchant (refund, exchange or voucher), an email is sent to the customer to notify them.



Vouchers



When a voucher is generated for the customer, it is sent in a separate email.



Approval request



When the return request must be validated in advance by the merchant



Return request validation



When the merchant has authorised the return request.
