To connect Baback and ShippingBo, a few steps are required:

Baback:

First, you need to synchronize Baback with ShippingBo! To do this, go to Baback --> Integrations --> Other software integrations

ShippingBo :

Once Baback and ShippingBo are synchronized, you'll need to set up the Webhook between ShippingBo and Baback!





The object class to be selected is “ReturnOrder”,
The field to select is “State”,
The URL to set up is: https://web.baback.co/api/webhook/shippingbo/return-updated/{{ShopId}}

Processing:

Returns must be processed via the following link: https://app.shippingbo.com/pda/returnOrder/

The “Restock” button available in the ShippingBo return does not allow correct processing of the return.
